NSW Branch is having a busy year, particularly preparing for the National NACE Conference in 2012 - planning is in full-swing!  We have engaged CN Project People to assist us, Luna Park has been contracted as the venue and the dates are Oct 16-18, 2012.  A number of speakers have been finalised and the call for abstracts is out with a closing date of Nov. 30.

The NACE NSW stand at the Sydney Toddler and Baby Show Sept. 30 – Oct. 2 was a great success – this time we had a free stall and were grouped with the other services in the ‘Advice Hub’. Meredith Haultain did a wonderful job coordinating NACE’s presence at the Show, ably assisted by a number of volunteers.  We had about 250 – 300 visitors to the stand and were able to give them useful information about ante-natal education options and the occasional mini education session!

We held our AGM in September 2011 and the following officers were elected:
